On the 15th of September 2012, squad A1 and A3 had a combine squad outing for paintball warfare. After weeks and weeks of planning, it was finally done and everyone was waiting for that day to come.
It was finally 15th September 2012, everyone was very excited. All of the boys were waiting excitingly for the time for fun, which is after our regular BB meeting. After worship session, Lt. Jonathan Chan gave a few rules and regulation before we went for paintball later that day. The rules are the same as usual, e.g. always listen to the martial, behave well and etc. but the rule that attracted the most attention is NONE SHALL SHOOT IN BETWEEN OF THE LEGS. The boys laughed aloud after hearing that rule.
Time flew and it was time for fun. All the members that are participating prepared for the game that is coming. Pte. Chiah Yi Her, one of the members of A3, wore three pair of pants, two shirts and a jacket because he was afraid after Lt Jonathan’s speech during worship about getting “souvenirs” after the game. After we had dinner that was kindly prepared by Lt Wendy and a few parents, we happily set off to Summit, USJ.
Along the way, some of the form one boys that was in the church van was playing the previous songs that were played during Pesta 2012. They played “Havana Express” over and over again as they were impressed by the solo part. Jokes were told and the journey was filled with laughter.
At long last, it is time for the war to begin. After putting up our gear and briefing from the marshal, the war began between A3 and A1. After the marshal stated the game, the two teams started firing at one another. Lt Jonathan and Pte Ho Shi Ern were the brave ones. They charged out to the boarder and started shooting at a smaller range whereas others was hiding at the back. When the first round ended, we were told that Lt Jonathan Chan got shot in the butt by an ally.
The second and third round went on and the boys had fun playing. Some of the boys which are very pro at shooting games like Sudden Attack; Counter Strike played with plans and tactics and was also very good at their aiming.

After the game, the boys were sent back to Wesley Methodist Church and slept over there. The boys had fun during the outing and were eager to have a few more rounds of paintball in the future.
